What better way to start the day than with a breakfast full of natural and organic delicacies and foods? The mountains require a lot of energy, and at Hotel Catinaccio, we are ready to provide it from the morning with a wide range of buffet options and lots of homemade sweet treats.

The scent of freshly baked bread and cakes will greet you every time you wake up in the morning, the products of Trentino will give you the perfect energy to face the day and, if you love savoury breakfasts, you will be spoilt for choice.

Every morning, you will find:

  • Desserts prepared with care by our chef, Papa Giorgio, including: cakes, biscuits, tarts and plum cake
  • Fresh and genuine products: malga yoghurt, butter, apple purée, fresh fruit salad, berries or a delicious apple from Trentino
  • The organic product corner: cereals, jams, milk and biscuits
  • The savoury choice: cold meats and cheeses from Val di Fassa, fresh ricotta, scrambled eggs, eggs with speck, soft-boiled eggs or crispy bacon
  • There is no shortage of cereals, honey from the beekeeper of Vigo di Fassa, Zwieback and fresh bread
  • For the kids? Surely we can't forget about the Nutella!
  • A good coffee or organic tea, fruit juice, juice extract or freshly squeezed juice
