The prices include the use of the Spa, reserved parking, numerous scheduled experiences, Wi-Fi and ski & bike depots with private locker.
The following are excluded: drinks bar and restaurant, tourist tax (€2.00 per day per person) and other extras not mentioned here.
You won't find any entertainment or childcare here: our idea of a family hotel is a holiday enjoyed together with the people we love, surrounded by nature and with the enthusiasm of experiencing something new every day, together.
The guest accepts that the price is variable and subject to availability limits: it is based on the average occupancy level of the hotel and/or the advance booking compared to the date of the stay.
A deposit is usually requested to hold the reservation, in any case the balance of the stay must be paid by the day of departure.

For the non-refundable rate, for late arrival, early departure or no-show, payment of the entire booked stay is required.
The balance of the holiday can be paid in advance, and in any case, must be paid by the day of departure.
